Tropical FIT BLAST Shake Recipe

Happy fall! It’s Master Trainer JayDee back with another awesome FIT BLAST Shake recipe for you to try out and enjoy!

Since the holidays are quickly approaching, I thought I would do a Thanksgiving themed shake. So how does a turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce smoothie sound? Okay, you’re right, that’s crazy and sounds gross.

Speaking of crazy, I wrote this from San Diego, where we are having a record breaking heat wave! You may have heard that the first World Series game this year in L.A. was the hottest World Series game ever on record. I grew up in Minnesota where we loved our snow days but here they are cancelling schools due to the heat! As a result, not only am I not doing a fall themed shake, I’m going to embrace this wacky weather and go tropical.

You’re going to love the refreshing, fruitiness of this month’s FIT BLAST Shake. And as always, I’m choosing ingredients that enhance the nutritious FIT BLAST mix that is already packed with loads of vitamins, minerals, and protein. The Total Gym FIT BLAST meal replacement is super healthy. In addition to 17 grams of muscle building protein, the FIT BLAST formula also provides 24 essential vitamins and minerals, almost all of them clocking in at 50% of the recommended dietary allowance.

Furthermore with 4 grams of fiber and only 110 calories per serving, it is a perfect meal replacement shake which will help you lose weight. It really sticks to your ribs so it is also a great way to satiate your appetite between meals or after crushing your Total Gym workout. When I work with clients who have weight loss goals, I tell them my most important rule: Never let yourself get hungry!

When you keep your blood sugar steady and feed yourself healthy food all day long, you keep your metabolism working in your favor and avoid getting famished. And what happens if you let yourself get famished? Yep, you eat anything and everything in sight and usually opt for some not so healthy choices. For me, my car will automatically veer into the nearest In-N-Out Burger. No GPS necessary!

Check out the tropical ingredients I’ve brought to the party and then make sure you view the accompanying video where I share the nutritional value of each and the calorie count. In addition, I add one more super-duper food ingredient not listed here – the benefits of which are mind blowing! How’s that for a tease?
