HEART THROBBER PARTNER WORKOUT

Partner up for this heart throbber workout that combines cardio & strength movements into one solid, power packed workout! This workout will give your muscles a challenge and have your heart rate throbbing!

COOPERATIVE FITNESS

Teaming up with a partner is a great way to shake up your routine when you work out. There are so many creative and challenging ways to train using body weight as the primary form of resistance. Having a partner enhances the experience and helps keep each other accountable, consistent, and might give each of you the competitive edge to work harder than you would alone. The best part is that it’s fun while also being challenging for both of you….

So, to spice up your typical routine, I’ve created a fun strength circuit that’s designed for two. If it’s just you, it can also be performed solo as well!

HEART THROBBER PARTNER WORKOUT

“The Heart Throbber Workout” is creative and unique to other partner workouts. Plus, it’s challenging! What makes this workout unique is the partner exercises are designed to utilize both partner’s body’s resistance along with the Total Gym.

The workout targets timing, balance, and coordination while also providing a rewarding (and entertaining) sweat session. For some exercises, you and your workout partner will have the ability to tailor the amount of resistance or assistance you provide during the movement. So, whether you’re trying to be stronger, more toned, or just maintain, you set the bar with your partner and the experience for two will be twice as nice!

3 PARTNER POINTS

There are a few concepts to consider when working out with a partner.

• Be mindful of the exercises you perform when utilizing each other’s body weight and/or sharing the same equipment.
• Consider your partners fitness level so that it’s compatible or similar to yours. (This will help you adjust the incline to your partners strength accordingly.)
• Simulate to Coordinate! It’s important to learn the movement patterns and coordinate you timing along with your partners. This will make for a smoother execution of the exercises.

So get ready to spice things up with this Heart Throbber workout!
