Monday is the day to kick off the holiday season right with a killer workout plan that’s quick, effective, and a fun way tackle a goal. It’s a total body challenge that progresses over 12 days to keep your spirits strong and give your body the energy to be in holiday mode.
You will receive a daily workout that focuses on specific muscles along with a progressive daily challenge to achieve. You will also receive an inspirational word to focus on throughout the day. By day 12, your hard work will be put to the test by performing the Ultimate Challenge of the goal.

Maria Sollon Scally MS, CSCS holds a Master’s Degree in Performance Enhancement/Injury Prevention and Kinesiology.   1. My sweetheart and I will be attending your 12 day challenge starting Monday. We’re both retired and using the Ketogenic lifestyle ( diet )and I now weigh 180 lbs. so I’m lean and need to build a little muscle. We’re looking forward to your challenge Maria.   2. I have had my total gym for a very, very long time. It collects various stuff, but will get cleaned off and I am going to follow Maria’s 12 day program to start. I really don’t have any excuses for not using it, just lazy and procrastination pretty much. I do know I will feel better and look better, although that is not my only goal.
