Tis the season to be merry!
Ready or not, the holiday season is here. . With all the feasting, shopping, and party going, it can be tough to keep up a regular exercise routine.
Fortunately, it doesn’t take much activity to make great things happen with your health. Developing small goals to accomplish each day can result in effective habits that help you survive the holidays with your health and fitness intact.

2 Dec 2017My sweetheart and I will be attending your 12 day challenge starting Monday. We’re both retired and using the Ketogenic lifestyle ( diet dr.com )and I now weigh 180 lbs. so I’m lean and need to build a little muscle. We’re looking forward to your challenge Maria. 2 Dec 2017I have had my total gym for a very, very long time. It collects various stuff, but will get cleaned off and I am going to follow Maria’s 12 day program to start. I really don’t have any excuses for not using it, just lazy and procrastination pretty much. I do know I will feel better and look better, although that is not my only goal.
