HOT ABS WORKOUT:
*Attach Cables to your Total Gym*
Depending on your fitness level you can choose 10, 20, or 30 Reps of each exercise.
EVIL ABS
Lying on your back, holding both cable straps into hands with fists stacked on top of the other, use the cables to crunch up bringing knees into chest and releasing by lowering legs and head back like an accordion. These hurt so bad hence the name “EVIL”! Make sure to exhale as you crunch up.
PULLOVER CRUNCH HIGH KNEES (Repeat these in between next 3 exercises)
Lying on your back, keep your knees high and stable, use the cables to crunch up into your knees. Make sure to exhale as you crunch up. Beginners can keep feet rested on the glide board.
AB LIFT & LOWER
Lying on your back, holding cables into crunch position, arms by sides, remain holding in the upright position as you lift and lower the legs up and down. Keeping the core engaged during the exercise.
AB SPLITS
Lying on your back, holding cables into crunch position, arms by sides, remain holding in the upright position as you open and close your legs into a split. Keeping the core engaged during the exercise. Challenge the exercise by using a band around the thighs.
AB BICYCLES
Lying on your back, holding cables into the crunch position, arms by sides, remain holding in the upright crunch position as you pedal your feet like a bicycle. Keeping the core engaged during the exercise.
PULSE CRUNCH
Lying on your back, holding cables by sides, knees are up and reaching towards the head, pulsing into knees reaching as close as you can without extending the legs. Make sure to exhale as you crunch in.
*Release Cables
INCLINE CRUNCH

Exhale as you crunch to each side. These can also be done by removing the squat stand and resting feet onto the floor. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.
INCLINE LEG LIFT CRUNCH
Lying on your back with feet rested on the glide board, as you crunch up, alternate each leg into leg lifts and reach hands behind the knee before going to start position. Exhale as you crunch up. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.
SIDE HIP RAISE
Lying on the glide board sideways, feet are on the floor stacked, forearm is rested on the glide board and stacked under the shoulder. Raise hips as high as possible as you reach overhead giving the abs a nice stretch before lowering back to start position. Beginners can use both arms for more support. Repeat on other side.
