Introducing The Total Gym Challenge!
It seems like today everyone would like to lose a few pounds. With shows such as “The Biggest Loser” and “Extreme Weight Loss” people are motivated more than ever to lose weight. For years, people have been using the Total Gym to exercise and lose weight in the comfort of their own homes. Well now for the first time ever Total Gym has followed a group of people using the Total Gym and a sensible diet to lose weight. Total Gym Pulse is excited to bring you exclusive coverage of the very first Total Gym Challenge!

Total Gym took 14 people with 14 different weight loss goals and put them through 14 workouts. Fitness trainer, Total Gym Pulse contributor and long time Total Gym user Rosalie Brown led the group in workouts over a three week period. Their workouts included cardio, strength training and stretching – all on the Total Gym

In Week 1, you will meet the participants, learn their fitness goals and watch them in their first workout. Episode 1 features the weigh in along with reactions from the participants on what it is they are hoping to achieve from taking the challenge.
