I know you have experienced the soreness and stiffness of your legs after training that part of your body. Well, Total Gym has developed a Foam Roller attachment for your Total Gym.

 

It’s a well-built attachment for your Total Gym and I consider it a great tool to recover from your leg training.

 

It’s easy to attach on to your Total Gym by inserting the Foam Roller into the two holes, which are the same holes you would insert your squat stand. There are no pins to insert; you just insert the Foam Roller into the two holes are you are ready to go.
