Your Total Gym workout becomes a celebration of exhilarating moves and heart-pounding fun. Remember, It’s not just about breaking a sweat, it's about dancing with JOY through mindful movements. Get ready to let the joyous festivities infuse every beat of your heart!
Intention: Focus on the word JOY.
Set Up: Medium - High level | Squat Stand
Directions:
• Determine in your body, what brings you JOY. Make this your intention for the workout.
• Perform each exercise in circuit format, (all three exercises consecutively with no rest in between)
• Aim for 10-15 reps / exercise
• Repeat as many rounds as your time permits.
EXERCISES
J: Jack squats
O: one leg hops
Y: yin yang hops
J: Jack squats (J)
• Visualize: Jump into the festivities with Jack Squats. Feel the rush of joy with every jump as you engage your legs and elevate your heart rate.
O: one leg hops (O)
• Visualize: Like Santa on rooftops, hop through this workout with the agility of one-legged jumps. It's not just cardio; it's a joyful dance in mid-air.
Y: yin yang hops (Y)
• Visualize: Embrace the balance of Yin and Yang with hops that take you in all directions. The joy lies in the fluidity of the movement, a harmonious celebration of energy.
