Holiday Jingle Series || Part 5 – FUSION

Tis the season to move and be merry!

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of the holidays. It’s the chill in the air, the festive holiday decor, the lit up streets, and of course the time shared with family and friends that makes the season so special. It’s also a time to appreciate and take care of your whole body health.

I created a 5-Part “Holiday Jingle Series” to keep your mind and muscles on track through the busiest time of the year. These 5 workouts are festively fun, time efficient and effective, and will give you a head start for your New Years fitness resolutions.

5-Part Holiday Jingle festively fun workouts include:

• LEGS: Santa’s Sleigh Slider
• ARMS: No More Jingle Arms
• CORE: Cookie Killer
• CARDIO: Snowman Melter
FUSION: Mistle “Toe Barre”

If you’ve missed the previous workouts, be sure to check them out too so you can mingle and jingle them interchangeably!

Now let’s finish off this series with a mindful workout that brings balance to your muscles and helps release holiday stress through a series of Pilates movements.

• Toe Bar
• Medium Level

• Use a timer app of choice
• Perform 45 seconds / exercise, 15 sec rest to transition to the next move
• Repeat as many rounds as your time permits.

NOTE: If your time is limited, aim to perform 20 reps of each exercise, and on each side, rather than timing each exercise.

Warmup: Plié in releve

1. Eves Lunge R/L
2. Bear
3. Kneeling Pushups (Adv: extend legs)
4. Skater Press R/L
5. Bridge Kicks R/L
6. Incline Leg Circles

Check out the video to see how these exercises are performed on your Total Gym.

NOTE: This is Part-5, the final workout of the series. Learn this fusion Mistle “Toe Barre” workout well and begin to incorporate it along with the other workouts in the holiday series:

Santa’s Sleigh Slider (legs)
No More Jingle Arms (arms)
Cookie Killer (core)
Snowman Melter (cardio)

Keep jingling and mingling through the season!

Merry Fitmas & A Happy New Rear! 😉
