This quick and efficient Snowman Melter workout will keep frosty in the cold while you burn into a heart pumpin’, calorie blaster workout! Even for the most hectic holiday schedules, this workout is timed to keep you on point so you can melt off calories while you tackle Santa’s list.

So let’s heat up those muscles to keep your metabolism burning on high and you can simply enjoy the festivities of the season! Plus, you will have the energy to jingle all the way!

The “Holiday Jingle Series” includes 5 festively fun workouts that are time efficient and effective to melt off calories.

So let’s put the muscle behind your hustle and tighten your package so that you stay on top of your fitness game this season and carry it into the new year!


• Squat Stand
• High Level


• Use a timer app of choice
• Perform 45 seconds / exercise, 15 sec rest to transition to the next move
• Each completed round will take you approximately 5 minutes.
• Repeat as many rounds as your time permits.

NOTE: If your time is limited, aim to perform 20 reps of each exercise rather than 1 minute.

Warmup: Side-Side Squats & Out-In Floor Jacks

1. Out-In Jacks
2. Bicycle Jog
3. Single Leg Jumps
4. Jump +kick crunch
5. Leap Overs
